Musings on Worth

I’ve spent most of my life chasing “enough.” Enough money. Enough success. Enough proof that I was worthy. I started working at 13 — carrying secrets too heavy for a child, hustling to fill holes that could never be filled. Shame threaded itself into every paycheck, every achievement, every attempt to prove I belonged. And still… worth never landed in my bones.

It took turning toward the shadows, facing the raw and unresolved parts of my story, and tracing the roots of unworthiness through generations, for me to begin remembering the truth: Worth is not earned. Worth is not measured. Worth is inherent. Musings on Worth is where I’ll share the reflections, stories, and revelations from this path — the messy, the sacred, the descents and the gold.

This isn’t polished teaching. It’s lived experience. It’s lineage work. It’s my ongoing remembering, offered so you can remember too. Here you’ll find words on shame, hustle, survival, lineage, enoughness, descent, remembrance, and gold. A space for us to keep unravelling what isn’t ours, and rooting deeper into what is.

Welcome to the journey. Welcome home to worth.

Off we go.
